Our work consists of four main stages:

00_CONCEPT DESIGN

At this stage AE Land makes an outline proposal and defines the general criteria to apply in the landscape project. We compine the information and make the proposal for the general concept of the landscape project and its main design elements. The objective of this phase is to propose the main ambient, image and design strategies that will have to be developed with more detail in the following phases.

The delivered document has graphical information that can consist of sketches, perspective views, plans, sections and/or reference images, that will be decided depending on the more suitable way to show and explain our concepts. We will also attach a written report with the ge- neral description of the proposal and the main ideas for each of the lands- cape areas.
