In AE LAND we execute either Integrated Projects or Parcial Projects.
Integrated Projects are related to a more holistic approach that consists of the organization of a place depending on the program, the site, the environment, the budget, the client’s preferences etc. All phases of integrated projects, from concept design, to construction plans, supervision of the works in the site etc, are done by AE LAND in a close collaboration with the client.
Parcial Projects are related to a specific part of the design process and usually consist of a task in collaboration with other architecture studios, engineering offices etc.

MASTERPLANS:
a Master Plan is a design taking in account the entire property and not just a part of it. It includes a deep analysis of the site, recommendations and proposals for the site’s land use (plantation, program, transportation etc).
PROJECT DEVELOPMENT. HARDSCAPE:
hardscape refers to any solid/built structure that is incorporated into an outdoor area. Some examples of hardscape features are pavements, pergolas, swimming pools, fountains, ponds, paved roads, etc.

softscape refers to all horticultural elements of a landscape. Any kind of plants, like shrubs, flowers, trees etc, are considered part of the softscape.
